၁။ အေသ၀နာစ ဗာလာနံ = လူမိုက္တို႕ကို မဆည္းကပ္ျခင္း။
၂။ ပ႑ိတာနဥၥ ေသ၀နာ = ပညာ႐ွိတို႕ကို ဆည္းကပ္ျခင္း။
၃။ ပူဇာစ ပူဇေနယ်ာနံ = ပူေဇာ္ထုိက္သူတို႕အား ပူေဇာ္ျခင္း။
၄။ ပတိ႐ူပေဒသ ၀ါေသာစ =သင့္တင့္ေသာအရပ္၌ ေနထုိင္ျခင္း။
၅။ ပုေဗၺစ ကတပုညတာ = ျပဳခဲ့ေသာ ေကာင္းမႈ ႐ွိေသာသူျဖစ္ျခင္း။
၆။ အတၱသမာပဏီဓိ = မိမိကိုယ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ေဆာက္တည္ျခင္း။
၇။ ဗာဟုႆစၥ = အၾကားအျမင္မ်ားေသာ သူ၏ အျဖစ္ ျဖစ္ျခင္း။
၈။ သိပၸ = လက္မႈပညာ အစ႐ိွေသာ အျပစ္မ႐ွိေသာ အတတ္တုိ႕ကို တတ္ျခင္း။
၉။ ၀ိနေယာစ သုသိကိၡေတာ = ေကာင္းစြာသင္အပ္ေသာ ၀ိနည္းတရား ႐ွိျခင္း။
၁၀။ သုဘာသိတ၀ါစာ = ေကာင္းစြာဆိုျခင္း။
၁၁။ မာတာပိတု ဥပ႒ာန = အမိအဘတို႕ကို ေကာင္းစြာ လုပ္ေကၽြးျခင္း။
၁၂။ ပုတၱဒါရႆသဂၤဟ = သားမယားတို႕အား သၿဂၤဳ ိဟ္ေထာက္ပံ့ျခင္း။
၁၃။ အနာကုလ ကမၼႏၱာ = အေႏွာင့္အယွက္မ႐ွိေသာ အမႈတို႕ကိုသာ ျပဳျခင္း။
၁၄။ ဒါနဥၥ = အလွဴေပးျခင္း။
၁၅။ ဓမၼစရိယ = ျမတ္ေသာ အက်င့္တို႕ကို က်င့္ျခင္း။
၁၆။ ဉာတကာနဥၥ သဂၤဟ = ေဆြမ်ိဳးတို႕အား ေထာက္မျခင္း။
၁၇။ အန၀ဇၨာနိကမၼာနိ = အျပစ္မ႐ွိေသာ အမႈတို႕ကို ျပဳျခင္း။
၁၈။ ပါပ အာရတီ = မေကာင္းမႈမွ ေ၀းစြာ ေ႐ွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း။
၁၉။ ပါပ ၀ိရတီ = မေကာင္းမႈမွ အထူး ေ႐ွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း။
၂၀။ မဇၨပါန သံယေမာ = ေသရည္ေသရက္ကို ေသာက္စားျခင္းမွ ေ႐ွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း။
၂၁။ အပၸမာေဒါစ ဓေမၼသု = ေကာင္းမႈကုသိုလ္တို႕၌ မေမ့ေလ်ာ့ျခင္း။
၂၂။ ဂါရ၀ = ႐ိုေသထိုက္သူတို႕အား ႐ုိေသျခင္း။
၂၃။ နိ၀ါတ = မိမိကိုယ္ကို ႏွိမ့္ခ်ျခင္း။
၂၄။ သႏၱဳ႒ီ = ေရာင့္ရဲလြယ္ျခင္း။
၂၅။ ကတညဳတ = သူျပဳဖူးေသာ ေက်းဇူးကို သိျခင္း။
၂၆။ ကာေလန ဓမၼႆ၀န = သင့္တင့္ေလ်ာက္ပတ္ေသာ အခါ၌ သူေတာ္ေကာင္းတရားကို နာယူျခင္း။
၂၇။ ခႏၱီ = သည္းခံျခင္း။
၂၈။ ေသာ၀စႆတာ = သူေတာ္ေကာင္းတို႕ ဆံုးမအပ္ေသာ စကားကို နာလြယ္ျခင္း။
၂၉။ သမဏာနဥၥဒႆန = ရဟန္းပုဏၰားတို႕အား ဖူးျမင္ျခင္း။
၃၀။ ကာေလန ဓမၼသာကစၧာ = သင့္တင့္ ေလ်ာက္ပတ္ေသာ အခါ၌ တရားေတာ္ကို ေဆြးေႏြးေမးျမန္းျခင္း။
၃၁။ တေပါ = ျခိဳးျခံစြာ က်င့္ျခင္း။
၃၂။ ျဗဟၼစရိယ = ျမတ္ေသာ အက်င့္တို႕ကို က်င့္ျခင္း။
၃၃။ အရိယသစၥာနဒႆန = အရိယသစၥာတို႕ကို သိျမင္ျခင္း။
၃၄။ နိဗၺာန သစၧိကိရိယာ =နိဗၺာန္ကို မ်က္ေမွာက္ျပဳရျခင္း။
၃၅။ နကမၸတိ = ေလာကဓံတရားတို႕ႏွင့္ေတြ႕ေသာ္ တုန္လႈပ္ေသာစိတ္ မ႐ွိျခင္း။
၃၆။ အေသာက = ေလာကဓံတရားတို႕ႏွင့္ေတြ႕ေသာ္ စိုးရိမ္ေသာစိတ္ မ႐ွိျခင္း။
၃၇။ ၀ရဇံ = ေလာကဓံတရားတို႕ေတြ႕ေသာ္ စိတ္၌ ရမၼက္မ႐ွိျခင္း။
၃၈။ ေခမံ = ေလာကဓံတရားတို႕ေတြ႕ေသာ္ စိတ္၌ေဘးမ႐ွိျခင္း။

1 It is a blessing to be able to stand the difficulties and sufferings
in life.
2. It is a blessing not to have an anxiety or fear.
3. It is a blessing to be clear from greed and lust.
4. It is a blessing not to be in any danger.


If you want to be successful and prosperous in life this is the way of
practice Buddha told us to do.

This is the basic daily living practices in Buddhism 38 of all.

You can read it every week to remind of yourself.

way of living to get prosperity and peace in life.
